Information you choose to share

If you use the contact form, email or WhatsApp, you may share your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name and the details of your enquiry. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential work with you.

When you submit the contact form, the details you enter are sent from this website's server to Aakash by email at connect@aakashkumarjha.com. They are not saved in a database on this website. The email then sits in Aakash's inbox like any other email and is used only to respond to you.

To limit spam, the server keeps a short-lived record of how many times a form has been submitted from your connection: a one-way hashed version of your IP address with timestamps, deleted automatically after about an hour. If the form cannot send your message, you will be offered a prepared email or WhatsApp message instead.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies or use browser storage of its own, and it does not currently use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts. The fonts on this website are loaded from Google's servers, which means your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google. Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
• WhatsApp, email providers and social networks. If you contact Aakash through these services, or follow the links to his social profiles, their own terms and privacy policies apply.

How long information is kept

Messages you send are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation, unless you ask for them to be deleted.

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask not to be contacted again, by emailing connect@aakashkumarjha.com.
